VIEW SIZE CHART FOR FIT MEASUREMENTS
I present this piece from my Land of Smiles collection, inspired by the traditional clothing of Thailand and the countryside throughout Southeast Asia. I backpacked through the region and came across incredible landscapes, vibrant culture, and a strong sense of heritage expressed through clothing. I also noticed how everyday attire carried elements once worn by royalty, which added to the richness behind this design.
 
My goal was to merge the region’s contemporary fashion with its traditional subgroups to create something truly ready to wear. During my travels, I found a beautiful cotton batik fabric from Indonesia. Batik is one of the most celebrated textiles in Southeast Asia, so I combined its tradition with western construction techniques to shape this design.
 
Similar to my piece From Sukhothai, this is a pleated tent dress, but with added kimono sleeves and an attached belt. It includes two patch pockets, flows beautifully, and feels incredibly comfortable on the body. The wide neckline can also be styled with one side off the shoulder for a relaxed, elegant look.
 
In my opinion, it is the most elegant dress in the collection and suitable for many occasions.
