I am excited to introduce the #DROID 5, a women’s knit dress from one of my late collections. This piece is part of my color block series, inspired by the cultural queerness of San Francisco. The city’s vintage shops and its thriving tech industry influenced both the design direction and the color choices. I wanted to bring the bold aesthetic of seventies color blocking into a modern form for a woman who enjoys expressive, forward thinking fashion.
The fabric is a hemp quality knit that feels comfortable, stylish, and versatile enough for almost any occasion. The concept was also guided by the city’s compact size of seven by seven miles, which inspired the structure and naming of this series.
This dress comes in seven different styles and seven rich colors throughout the #DROID collection. It is crafted from a sustainable blend of organic hemp and cotton with three percent Lycra for ease and recovery. The fitted silhouette features interesting seam work that adds shape and visual interest from every angle.
I designed it to feel bold, wearable, and true to the city that inspired it.

(See video) This style comes in a different array of color positioning. This is with artistic intent wanting to apply a unique experience for the buyer. It is to give the value of each style appearing one of a kind for the owner. Unfortunately, one can't decide what color block they'll receive.
- Preferred Care: Dry clean only to prevent color transfer.
- Alternative: Fabric can be machine washed but since the process was hand dyed, a color transfer may occur.
- If you wish to machine cycle, wash with cold water and delicate drying with no heat or hang dry for best results.
